Our unique view on technical support

Support and customer service is something that we handle in a unique way. We do not have dedicated support-only positions on the team and we make sure all technical questions are answered directly by the very same developers that created the product. We know that our customers are experienced developers and we make sure they interact directly with us - very technical guys with a lot of experience in the industry. There is no first, second and third level support until you reach someone who actually knows what's going on. In case of bugs we often reply directly with the fixed builds - thanks to our automated test & build process.
